Questions

Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month and cancel any time. Your data is yours to export.
What counts as an order?
Every completed sale counts once — card, cash, gift card, online, kiosk or delivery. A split check is one order. Voids, training mode and fully refunded orders don’t count.
Do you charge a percentage of sales?
No. Friendly is $49.99 a month plus 15¢ per order. Card processing is Stripe’s published rate.
Is text messaging included?
No — email is unlimited and included. Text messages (SMS) are not offered.
Who sets it up?
Our Mount Pleasant team builds your menu, ships tested hardware and trains your staff.
Can I use my own iPad or computer?
Not as a register — every register is Friendly hardware, tested and locked down. Keep compatible printers, drawers and scanners.
